Community Guidelines
The collaborative map becomes valuable when information is useful, current and responsible. These rules help keep the community trustworthy.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Share what you actually know
- Describe places and conditions from real experience or verifiable information.
- Separate fact from opinion and do not invent approvals, restrictions, contacts, access hours or conditions.
- Update or report outdated or incorrect information.
2. Safety before engagement
- Do not encourage illegal, dangerous or clearly unsafe drone operations.
- Do not push users to ignore restrictions, authorities or risks to people and property.
- A positive location rating is not permanent flight authorization.
3. Prohibited content
Do not publish or promote pornography or sexual nudity, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), harassment, stalking, threats, hate or discrimination, fraud, spam, improper disclosure of personal data, illegal content, encouragement of dangerous/illegal drone operations, or other content incompatible with a safe and professional community.
4. Privacy, property and third-party rights
- Do not expose third-party personal data without a legitimate basis.
- Respect private property, access rules, image rights and other applicable rights.
- Do not use the community for stalking, harassment or improper surveillance of people.
5. Photos, ratings, questions and comments
- Keep material relevant to the place or operation.
- Do not use ratings or discussions for personal attacks, spam or deceptive advertising.
- New photos may remain pending review before becoming public.
6. Reports
Reporting tools may be used for locations/posts, comments, users and other applicable community content. Reports may be sent for review and moderation. A report does not automatically make content invalid or guarantee immediate removal.
7. Personal blocking
Blocking another user limits direct interactions. It does not delete, hide or remove public locations, historical comments or other public contributions from the blocked user. Personal blocking and administrative moderation are separate processes.
8. Administrative moderation and sanctions
Moderation may hide or remove content, warn users, suspend or ban accounts and, when appropriate, restore content or reactivate participation. Measures may consider severity, repetition, context, community safety and third-party rights.
9. Reputation and achievements
Points, achievements, badges and reputation indicators are ecosystem mechanics, not legal or professional certifications. Manipulation or fraud may lead to adjustments or loss of benefits.
10. Contact
Use the in-app tools to report content or users. For support or review requests, email contato@maxdrone.com.br.
