1. Data controller

Max Drone Brasil is responsible for Takeoff Max and acts as controller where it determines processing purposes and means. Contact: contato@maxdrone.com.br.

2. Data we may process

• Account and authentication data such as name, email and account identifiers.
• Pilot profile and voluntarily provided professional information.
• Drone, personal Hangar, company Hangar, company links and fleet information.
• Documents and references stored by the user, including private uploads where available.
• Location and favorite-place data when location permissions or location-based features are used.
• Community content such as place contributions, photos, ratings, questions, answers, confirmations and incorrect-information reports.
• ARO operational risk assessment data.
• AIC interactions, including questions and relevant context.
• Data required for a RETA Insurance journey voluntarily initiated by the user.
• Support, account deletion, consent, preference, diagnostics, security and anti-abuse records.

3. Purposes

• Create and authenticate accounts.
• Deliver Takeoff Max features according to plan and preferences.
• Store Hangar, documents, favorites, checklists, ARO, companies and ecosystem data.
• Provide AIC capabilities and process AI consultations.
• Display and moderate collaborative content, reputation and achievements.
• Process RETA Insurance requests initiated by the user.
• Provide support and respond to rights requests.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Measure stability/performance and improve the product under applicable legal bases.
• Comply with laws, regulations and valid authority requests.

4. Artificial intelligence and AIC

AIC queries may be processed by artificial-intelligence and infrastructure providers contracted by Takeoff Max. We seek to send only context needed for the function. Do not submit passwords, secrets or unnecessary third-party personal data. AIC responses are informational support and do not replace authorities, official documents or specific professional advice.

5. RETA Insurance and partners

When a user voluntarily starts a RETA Insurance request or quotation, data needed to handle the request may be processed and temporarily stored in Takeoff Max infrastructure for history, tracking, retry, security and traceability before transmission to the relevant partners. This does not mean automatic policy issuance. Before submission, the journey should identify the data involved, its purpose and the applicable transmission. Proposal and policy documents issued by the responsible entity prevail.

6. Location data

Some features use location to center maps, find nearby places or provide contextual information. Permissions can be changed in the device settings. Private account location data is handled separately from community content intentionally shared by the user.

7. Legal bases

Depending on the purpose, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, fraud prevention, exercise of rights or consent where required.

8. Providers and sharing

We may use hosting, database, authentication, email, maps, weather, analytics/diagnostics, AI and security providers. They process data according to their roles and agreements. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

9. Retention and deletion

Data is retained as needed to provide services, comply with obligations, protect rights and prevent fraud. Eligible data is deleted or anonymized after a valid deletion request, subject to lawful retention, security and legal-defense needs. Community content may be anonymized where full removal would compromise discussion integrity, subject to applicable rights.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, including access controls and separation between private and public content. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

11. Your rights

• Access and confirmation of processing.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion, restriction or anonymization where applicable.
• Information about sharing and portability where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis.
• Objection and review rights where provided by law.
• Account deletion through the available channels.

12. Minimum age and teenagers

Takeoff Max is intended for users aged 16 or older. Users aged 16 or 17 should use the service with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subscriptions or other acts that create financial obligations depend on applicable legal capacity or the authorization/participation of the responsible adult.

13. International transfers

Technology providers may process data outside Brazil. Where applicable, we seek safeguards compatible with Brazilian data-protection law and provider agreements.
