1. About Takeoff Max

Takeoff Max is a digital ecosystem by Max Drone Brasil for drone pilots and operations, combining information, planning, community, artificial intelligence, operational organization and related services.

2. Operational responsibility

Users remain responsible for drone operations, regulatory compliance, required approvals, environmental assessment, safety and aircraft capability. No indicator, layer, alert, ARO or AIC response is automatic flight authorization.

3. AIC — Artificial Intelligence Consultants

AIC provides domain-specific informational support such as regulation, RETA and ARO. Responses may contain limitations or errors and must be checked against official sources where legal, safety, authorization or contracting decisions are involved. Official authorities and documents prevail.

4. ARO

Operational Risk Assessment tools organize information and support structured analysis. Completing an ARO in the app does not remove the need for human review, real-world verification, mitigation or applicable approvals.

5. Map, layers and community content

Aviation, weather and community layers provide context. Third-party, community or Beta data may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or change. Collaborative content must be verified before critical decisions.

6. Flight Intelligence

Weather, airspace, GNSS and space-weather information supports situational awareness but does not guarantee safe conditions. Real-world conditions can change quickly.

7. RETA Insurance

Takeoff Max may provide guidance and connect users to RETA Insurance journeys with partners. Proposal and policy documents, coverage, exclusions, limits, validity and eligibility always prevail.

8. Plans, prices and promotions

Plans, limits and benefits may evolve. Promotions can have quantity, timing and eligibility rules. The launch offer shown on the site is subject to availability for the first 100 eligible paid PREMIUM or MAX subscriptions combined and applies to annual plans while active.

9. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and may be monthly or annual with automatic renewal. Cancellation stops future charges, while benefits remain available until the end of the already-paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Price changes follow Google Play notices and rules plus applicable law. In Brazil, withdrawal rights are observed when applicable under law and the payment method.

10. TOFF

TOFF is an internal unit for certain features, especially AI and capabilities defined by the product. Promotional TOFF may expire; permanent TOFF follows the conditions shown when granted. Promotional credits may be consumed first. TOFF is not money, a financial asset or redeemable cash value.

11. Account and security

Users must protect authentication methods and maintain accurate account information. Fraud, abuse or harmful automation may result in limitations or suspension.

12. User content, blocking and moderation

Users sharing community content must have the right to share it and act truthfully to the best of their knowledge. Personal blocking limits direct interactions and does not delete or hide public contributions from the blocked user. Administrative moderation is separate and may hide or remove content, warn users, suspend or ban accounts, or reactivate participation under the Community Guidelines.

13. Intellectual property

Takeoff Max trademarks, software, interface, content structure and proprietary materials are protected by applicable law. Service use does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

14. Availability and evolution

The product may receive updates, Beta features, maintenance and changes. Continuous availability is not guaranteed for internet, API, authority or third-party dependent services.

15. Minimum age, limitations and contact

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older. Users aged 16 or 17 should use Takeoff Max with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; financial obligations depend on applicable legal capacity or responsible-adult authorization/participation. To the extent permitted by law, Takeoff Max is not responsible for operational decisions made solely from data that should have been verified through official sources or real-world assessment.
