Delete your Takeoff Max account
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without keeping the app installed.

How to request deletion
- In the app, open Settings → Close account.
- Or submit the form on this page using the email associated with your account.
- We may request identity confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion.
- After validation, eligible data will be deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy.
Before closing an account linked to a company
If you are the sole owner of a company registered in Takeoff Max, the account cannot be closed while that company depends exclusively on you. First transfer ownership to another eligible owner or delete the company.
What is deleted or anonymized
- Account/profile data not required for legal or security purposes.
- Hangar, favorites, preferences and private account data where eligible.
- Private documents uploaded to Takeoff Max where no legitimate retention need applies.
- Personal data associated with feature usage where eligible.
What may be retained
- Records required for legal, regulatory, accounting or legal-defense obligations.
- Minimum security, fraud-prevention, audit and deletion-request records for the necessary period.
- Insurance/contract records where retention is legally required or required by the responsible entity.
- Community content may be anonymized rather than fully removed when appropriate to preserve discussion/information integrity.
